How do you feel about these agreements? I feel that if every one follows  these rules it will be a happy learning environment.
What parts of it do you particularly like? I like the thinking happy displaying leadership and the managing self one the most.Dislike? showing integrity.Why? like: Because if we all focus on these i will be a very happy space to work in. dislike: We have already focused on this and we all ready know how to show it. 

1. Which agreements will find easy to follow?  showing integrity and showing for excellent.  Why? because we worked on those values last year. 
2. Which agreements will you find difficult to follow? setting challenging learning goals. Why? Because i always take the easy path.
